Google Nexus 7
As part of Semi-Permanent 2014, Google showcased it's new Cube for the first time. An experimental platform for interactive storytelling, the Cube was developed by Google Sydney Creative Lab as a place to produce film, music, and other art totally free from two-dimensional traditional constraints. Autumn Studio was approached to design and fabricate display stands, for the installation, that would house the Nexus 7 as an interactive presentation for The Cube. The stands themselves were created with an industrial 25mm brushed steel, with a clear perspex face used as the surface to mount the tablets.
